For the past 20 years, the team at SessionRecording.com has worked on numerous multi-platinum projects, coordinating, producing and engineering music sessions. Our staff has also collaborated with revered producers such as Bob Rock, David Foster, Humberto Gatica, Ken Scott, Celso Valli and Ted Templeman.
Primarily active in Los Angeles, California,SessionRecording.com utilizes the best recording facilities, like A&M Studios (now Henson Recording), The Record Plant,Village Recorders and Capitol Studios to capture the performances of the world’s best session players. We have handled music production for a diverse range of records, film and TV projects and our clients include major labels such as SONY-BMG, Warner, EMI and Virgin.
In the old days, you had to spend time and money to travel to Hollywood to record hi-caliber musicians. But now — with the advent of digital technology and high speed Internet – the traveling has simply become an option!
Take for instance Grammy-winning Italian singer Laura Pausini: for her latest CD, we received a hard drive with the pre-production of several tracks via courier. Then we organized and produced the actual sessions with Sessionrecording.com musicians Vinnie Colaiuta (drums), Paul Bushnell (bass,) Michael Landau (guitar,) John Beasley (keys,) Rafael Padilla (percussion) and even a 28 piece orchestra from the “Suzy Katayama ensemble.” Once all the recordings were completed, we shipped the hard drive back to Laura’s Studio in Italy, where the project was fine-tuned and mixed… as simple as that! And her CD is currently topping the charts worldwide.
With a laptop, the Internet and SessionRecording.com, anyone can virtually be in session and … from just about anywhere around the world! |
